In this word of disheartening news, one needs to be reminded of a peaceful place. TV, newspaper, computers all carrying the same dreadful news.
One of the ways I have found to escape the 'downfeeling' and encourage myself at the same time is using a screensaver that reminds me of God's love. I find this useful since I spend a lot of time on the computer!
